Susan Carroll is an experienced educator whose passion is to inspire creativity, confidence, and teach real-world life and business skills to young learners.
Drawing on her 15 years of teaching, a Diploma in Child Psychology and experience as a tutor with the Dyslexia Association of Ireland, Susan brings a deep understanding of diverse learning needs to her work.
Her approach is rooted in her Froebel training, which champions a child-centred, experiential learning philosophy. This enables her to create fun, hands-on engagement with subjects through projects that integrate STEAM across the curriculum.
In The Young Entrepreneurs Club, students are guided through every step of launching their own business and are introduced to industry role models.
Speaking at the Women in STEM Summit in Croke Park 2025, Susan was a strong advocate for people skills and character development, emphasising networking, teamwork, persistence, and resilience as essential traits for success.
Susan is dedicated to empowering young minds in the areas of STEAM and entrepreneurship, encouraging their curiosity and ambition from an early age. Through her innovative, inclusive, and holistic teaching methods, she is preparing a new generation of students to thrive in a world of constant change.
